6 weekly inspections (P.M.I)

Government regulations require all vehicles from 7.5 tonne GVW, and minibuses require regular inspections. Our trained technicians will carry out a full VOSA standard inspection and inform you of any defects that require attention . We also provide a diary reminder system so that all inspections and M.O.T’s are carried out within this time scale at no extra cost to your company, ensuring less down time.

Workshop facilities

We have 3,500 sq ft workshop spread over 3 bays, which is more than capable of handling the biggest of jobs; from full servicing to full engine and gearbox overhauls. We have the ability to be able to work on all makes of vehicles. Our aim is to provide our clients with a first class service at very competitive prices and a total commitment to schedule all work within 48 hours of your call.

On-site facilities

We can carry out inspections, as well as most work, on site. This could be arranged at a time and place convenient to suit your business.

Breakdown assistance

We offer a 24/7 365 days service for breakdown assistance for HGV, Bus and Light Vehicle covering the south east or further if required all our staff are dedicated to get your vehicle back on the road as soon as possible ensuring less down time for your company.

Diagnostics

We have the most up-to-date and advanced diagnostic equipment, capable of reading all makes of vehicles from small vans to trucks and trailers . We can also carry out most auto electrical work as required including fitment of night heaters to fridges.

M.O.T preparation

We carry out full M.O.T preparation on your commercial vehicle including steam cleans and presentation of vehicles for M.O.T

London Emission Zone

All makes of vehicles operating in and around the M25 have to by law be compliant. If you are unsure as to whether your vehicle is compliant, we can help. We have the ability to locate the right exhaust system for your truck; we can also repair/replace or remanufacture your old system.

Steering geometry

We can carry out a full steering geometry of your vehicle, including commercial vehicles, informing you of the defects.

Accident repair specialists

We are an approved accident repair centre with all the leading insurance companies.

Equestrian

For horse box repairs, including all body repairs. We also horsebox conversions to your requirements.

Welding

We have the facility to carry out most makes of welding including steel /stainless and aluminium.

Injection specialists

Full diagnostics of injection pumps and injectors. Removal and fitment of such items including timing belts.

Tachographs

Tachograph calibrations, speed limiters and air conditioning can all be arranged as part of the service.

All our staff are highly trained and monitored on a regular basis as part of our commitment. We work very closely with government backed organisations such as Trident to help train younger people.
